To illustrate a snippet of the company's collected works; 'The Shaolin Warriors' and 'Cirque du Ciel' brought the East to the West in a unification of Chinese culture, theatricality and world class acrobats. Their seminal musical 'Over the Rainbow: The Eva Cassidy Story' moved the masses winning "Best Musical Award" in Holland. Hugely successful comedy-drama 'The Naked Truth' saw inspirational British women taking on a full monty of their own, whilst 'Christmas Crooners' now in its 6th year recreated the essence of the great Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole and Bing Crosby to a truly tuneful and festive feel.
During the last 10 years Theatre Productions has seen a meteoric growth; generating new divisions and securing international touring rights for productions including Cirque du Ciel and Shaolin Warriors. These exquisite collaborations have seen the organisation work directly with China to nuture producitons from global producers through the UK touring circuit and beyond.
In the immediate future, apart from delivering the International tour of Cirque du Ciel and Shaolin Warriors, Theatre Productions will be developing musical adaptations and a new sub-genre plays. The world premier of 'The Waltz King', a lavish drama which chronicles the life, loves and music of Johann Strauss Junior and his illustrious family is also set to be a huge hit from the interest it is currently conjuring up. Furthermore, the company are keen advocates of emerging talent; they firmly believe anything is possible on stage.
