Jez started singing at a very young age when he attended Westminster Cathedral Choir school for five years. During his time as a chorister he achieved first place in Britain’s ‘Choirboy of the Year’ which led to various appearances on television.
After gaining a BA in Music from Exeter University he developed a passion for the theatre. His theatre credits include: The Far Pavilions (West End); Pirate King, Pirates of Penzance (Nuffield); Billy Flynn, Chicago (Northcote); A Walk with the Angels (ICA); Frank Sinatra, Legends of Swing (Tour); Phantom of the Opera (Tour); Pharaoh, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat (West End); Starkey, Peter Pan (Oxford Playhouse); Man II, I Love You Your Perfect Now Change (Kings Head); Mendel in Woody Allen’s Murder Mysteries (Croydon Warehouse) multiple roles in Pacific Overtures (Leicester Haymarket Theatre), Tinman in Wizard Of Oz (Leicester Haymarket Theatre) and was also in the recent West End revival of Evita (Adelphi theatre). Jez has just finished playing the role of Guillaume in Craig revel Horwards revival of Martin Guerre at the Watremill Theatre.
Jez is an accomplished jazz and swing singer and has performed his music countrywide and on several cruise ships including the World Cruise on Cunards QEII. He also plays the part of Dean Martin with the renowned Corporate group ‘The Rat Pack’s Back’.
