Julie trained at the Sylvia Young Theatre School.
At the age
of eleven, she won the role of Young Eponine in the hit West
End production of LES MISERABLES. Other notable theatre
productions include RIP VAN WINKLE, SLICE OF SATURDAY
NIGHT and THE TART & THE VICARS WIFE, both Theatre Royal
Lincoln, DON’T ROCK THE BOAT Mill at Sonning, PASSPORT TO PIMLICO
and BAD BLOOD- No. 1 National Tours, Hero in MUCH ADO ABOUT
NOTHING - The Open Air Shakespeare Festival for RJ Williamson
Company and National tours of CAUGHT IN THE NET and GHOST TRAIN.
Julie has appeared in several pantos- played PETER PAN for five
seasons including Bromley, Darlington Stoke. For the last four
years, Julie has played : Dick in DICK WHITTINGTON, Jack JACK &
THE BEANSTALK, Aladdin in ALADDIN and most recently played
CINDERELLA all at the Cambridge Arts Theatre.
Julie is best known for her regular roles Julie Matthews-HOLLYOAKS
CH. 4 and Natalie Stevens- GRANGE HILL BBC.
Other television credits include - THE BILL, LONDON’S BURNING,
EXPERT WITNESS, THE EXTRA, CASUALTY, HOLBY CITY
